Piast, i have held AVB for a long time and here is my 2 cents worth . Ive had 2 other shares with simular stories as AVB , both sold down at any chance which is easy on the ASX for a variety of reasons . Then magically a chinese company appears and offers a 50% premium to the trading price and the board will advise you accept!! All the research and patience in the end accounts for very little when its in this cycle and it appears to be happening here . The goods news and why i still hold is it will make you 20-30% but the bad news is you may never get the chance to see what could of been . I know this is a negative post but its happened twice to me in 6 months and all indicators are pointing to it happening once more .
