I forgot to add. The announcement is positive.
The main issue regarding NXS has been - was the upper zone damaged or just could not flow. It appears from the announcement that it was either formation damage or the tool was not working. From the core they now expect that the upper zone will flow better than the Lower zone
They have run various modelling programs - the last NXS presentation had P50 of 380Bcf from the lower zone only. Vs "in excess of 300Bcf" ?from both zones. I will email Ian T and ask why the difference. I did ring but the exploration manager was not involved in the reserve modelling. Ian is in Perth.
