General1952, I respect your decision to do so. However its disappointing from my view that shareholders would see it necessary to do so - if you vote against you have to accept that the company will not be able to progress at the rate at which it would if it had the full raising. I dont want to see this happen. I want them to progress with confidence, knowing that they have the capital to develop their projects. The insto offering diversifies the register, and it will benefit us (retail). Additionally they are likely to increase their coverage and in turn put their clients onto the company. This will help liquidity and drive support among other things. In some ways, retail are being free-carried to the upside
