It was not just sophisticated investors, institutonal investors are in there as well and long term this is an excellent position for Neon to get themselves into and for us as share holders, believe it or not this will add value.

While I accept that there may an element of profit taking, have a look at the bigger picture and Hx of what has been going on at Neon including Paloma and to the latter Vietnam. this CR is not about paying the bills to keep the doors open it is to grow the company and the share price.

Another compelling point is that this CR was over suscribed three (3) thats right 3 times. This leaves me to think that it won't be an almighty dump as you have indicated, more so I think there will be positioning and trying to pick up shares around the 30cents.
