Crux AC/L9 - Completion Process Update
Completion process progressing with Shell and Osaka Gas receiving FIRB approvals
As announced on 3 August 2012, Nexus Energy Limited (by its subsidiary Nexus Energy WA Pty Ltd) (Nexus) executed binding agreements with Shell Developments (Australia) Pty Ltd and Osaka Gas Co., Ltd. (by its subsidiary Osaka Gas Crux Pty Ltd) for the consolidation of interests in relation to the Crux AC/L9 asset.
Completion of this transaction is targeted for October 2012 and is subject to FIRB approvals (with respect to each of Shell and Osaka Gas) and Title Registration Approvals. Nexus advises that both Shell and Osaka Gas have provided confirmation that they have received FIRB approvals.
