as has been discussed before, 4 weeks before any listing, the stock will be listed here:
http://www.asx.com.au/research/upcoming.htm
if you look at the list, you will see most dates are already well in to november because the ASX will put a proposed listing there as soon as the application is recieved, but actual listing won't happen for a minimum 4 weeks (2 weeks in _very_ special cases, according to ASX when I emailled).
Also Pesce posted a website that all proposals to ASIC go through, so it should go through there even earlier I would presume (haven't really looked into the timing of that though).
Given that we are past halfway through october, November listing would seem very unlikely.
Unfortunate for holders of stock however I have still never been told why PriorityOne cannot do business, or start doing business prior to listing?
From all their announcements (GCN's) PriorityOne is only raising 15mil cash and surely they have spent that taking over companies and what-not in the past year.. shouldn't they be launched debit cards as we speak?
Would appreciate any insight into whether P1 are infact already doing business or not.. I personally couldnt find anything..
