Here's my quick calcs. Still 1,000 shares out, but it's insignificant. I'm more worried about the 10.2m shares and options. If CPS get them, then effectively, their average is 11c ($2.5m / 12.5m + 10.2m shares).
Let's not even consider what their cost price will be should they dump their oppies at 3-6c.

I thought my average of 0.008c was good, but that's 32c on the new scale. If this proposal goes through, no one gets out alive (other than CPS). We hunters will end up the hunted (if we haven't already).
