Unfortunately legacy has just become a clone of NMDC all talk but with no action, as the annoucement that was on here the other day from NMDC chairman about coal and iron ore assets they are looking at all they ever do is talk about how much money they have and then in the next breathe they say they are in no rush to spend it, will they ever relise you are buying assets for the next 30 years not the next 5 minutes they could not organise a r@@t in a brothel and would be to cheap to pay for it
