I stand corrected in that it appears that I'm not quite up to date with regards to the status of Panel 2.

Thank you for clarifying this with appropriate references.

I'm also a long term supporter however from the latest letter I received I don't think the QLD government is in any hurry to help CNX or any other UCG company out by making a decision.

Like you said, I also agree China or another offshore country is CNX's only viable cash flow proposition at this point in time.

Shame really, its a fantastic technology, at this point scuttled by politicians.
