    I have been very impressed with the strength of ROC lately - but it shouldn't really be surprise. This is a quality company that is setting plans and ticking them off.

    I truly believe that most of the market doesn't really understand ROC. We have BIG company capabilities. It shouldn't be taken lightly that ROC operators most of its ventures and this expertise is demanded by others.
