If CSG was similarly examined by an 'ISP' it would never have been approved IMO. The sorts of issues the ISP raised with UCG are fairly simply dealt with [I think] .... however, water issues are abundant with CSG and I doubt they can be satisfactorily addressed.
Woodside dodged a bullet. There are years and years of problems and litigation ahead for CSG. IMO
