The market doesn't have confidence in management, or trust in what they say.
How the hell do these people now understand a basic concept like 'underpromise, overdeliver,' - they'd be a lot better placed if they'd given the market cautious projections and met them, rather than seeming to make outlandish claims every time, and then just resetting the targets when they yet again fail to achieve them.
Everything is basically irrelevant now, until constant nameplate production, at the specified grade, is actually achieved.
Until then, they can say whatever they what, but it's meaningless.
