    I always thought this was an exploratory well as per previous announcements (22/10/13 for example). Cost estimated at $5m for NEN originally so they must know how much it will set them back now everything is finished.

    I believe a cap raise is on the cards after 105 is announced unless California has shown substantial improvement.
