With respect mudguts, you seem not to understand the mining depths of these two entirely different resources.
Black Ranges Hansen Project is located at depths of between 175mtrs to 190mtrs in comparrison to Camecos Cigar Lake being at a depths ranging between 410 and 450 m below the surface, with the Main mining tunnel located approx 500mtrs below surface.
To state the following within your previous post is ridiculous.
Would this work at Hansen. Probably not, as I am sure they would have investigated by the management team before deciding a new technology was needed. Deposit is probably too deep & not of a high enough grade to make process cost effective.
