I would like more information on this.
You don't simply go to a drug company and say "Can I have some of your experimental PAT-SM6, please?".
Even if your doctor backs you, you (normally) won't get it.
My guess is the patient might have been a close friend, relative (of the doctor) or perhaps prominent person in Germany.
Also, there is no information given on dose of PAT-SM6. That would be interesting to know.
I guess, as usual with PAB, silence will reign.
