Good news , shame that this was not picked up earlier when it was quite obvious to some of us that this company was not being truthful .
If the company wins the case does that give shareholders that sold out the right to take action against the company , on the basis it was not the company that lost money it as shareholders of the past.
FR has history of being bankrupt , I expect he will go down the same track leaving MHM with nothing but a bill .
On the other hand the other 2 exec directors might be a little nervous now
