Anyone actually contemplated that BRN may have already committed capital (maybe significant $) towards a new partnership/JV/agreement/deal? If cashflow is required in the short term to progress that deal & new casino revenue & existing funds won't be sufficient, then do you think what price they do the placement at is critical? $3-$4m quick raise will be water off a ducks back in the scheme of things.
