I've got placement stock that went to...
"domestic institutional and professional investors"
and I guarantee you I don't have assets of $2.5M or annual income of $250kThe broker just gets you to sign a form saying you understand the risks, no advice, etc.
They have said sophisticated investors in the TH announcement but that's pretty standard, lets see what they say in the placement announcement and how much they raise and at what price...I'm more interested in price and $'s as that will tell me how long they think licensing is away.
