Agree - too many HC members wanting to shake the tree.
Recall, the SP in the prospectus was $0.20c, that was a year ago and BRN has achieved a hell of a lot since.
Many examples of private placements have to pay at market rate or above - judging on Friday's trade it may well be 0.23-0.25+.. We will have to wait and see - I don't think BRN need to give any discount. My question is what the voting pct will be and can we expect the new investor to bring other benefits to BRN over and above the capital injection.... Would not be surprised if this somehow connects into some of the projects they have been working on in the background... Let's wait and see.
