The more you think baout it, if an ATM can dispense cash it can dispense anything - loyalty cards, gift cards, phone cards, pre-paid anything cards, TICKETEK etc. Quite an extraordinary concept. Part of the cashless society thing. I'm invested in an EFTPOS outfit over here called Cadmus. (NZX: CTL) They're involved in a protracted takeover of Intellect Holdings (ASX: IHG). A major part of their expansion plans involve petrol station pre-paid forecourt systems. Which could be another link/hint to the CUS EFTPOS strategy. Everything about it involves swiping/inserting a card and get the goods in return for a not insignificant fee to the owner of the KIOSK ATM. Nice business if you can get it. Guess we'll have to wait and see what unfolds.
