ADV Moves to 50% of Jabal Sayid Copper Project and
100% of Saudi Arabian Project portfolio

Highlights:
• Heads of Agreement executed to acquire the 30% interest held by Central Mining
Company Investments Limited in Bariq Mining Limited, moving ADV to 100% ownership.
• The acquisition and restructure of the Joint venture moves ADV to an immediate 50%
interest in Jabal Sayid and a 100% interest in its other Saudi Arabian mineral projects
• The acquisition is significantly value-accretive, increasing ADV’s JORC Compliant
Resource Inventory by 42% in total and 12% on a per share basis.
• Consideration comprises the issue of a 25% shareholding in ADV to CMCI, escrowed for
2 years.
