I too am a youngen with relatively little to invest..."equity margins" give a 50% LVR on ARR. Worth a look as i dont think many other lenders will lend against it.
I dont think the market has grasped the significance of this announcement. Putting aside the vote of confidance in the future of laser/opteoelectronics and the fact that is can leverage of ZTE's production capacity which is the biggest in China, the joint venture has a solid chance of a US300m grant off a market cap of AUD158m. Some valuation methods suggest the stock should double.
I was looking to get on this one for a few months but didnt want to try to catch it falling...was lucky enought to pick up my first parcel at 1.80.
