They are buying 75% of it for 500m shares and 500m oppies.

So they're basically diluting shares by half, and similar for oppies.

Cant do much here until we know what the prospects are for the mine. That still only leaves them with a couple hundred $k. They'll need $millions to explore this. Why did Rio get rid of it?

Bit late anyways for Molybdenum, hasnt the price halved from highs a few years back?

Certainly justifies a price worth more than $0.001, but no way is this thing worth $23m IMHO.
