i think it's more to do with the fact that it is massive sulphides that only grade around 2-3%. This is the sort of grade you would expect in disseminated to connected style sulphides so you have a chance at making a decent con. 3%massive will con up to around 6% (at best) so you're going to struggle to market it successfully - AND you need loads of it to make it pay.
