    And surely a gross conflict of interest by the broker with the knowledge that they were arranging a 10 million private placement to their own clients at a very attractive $1-25c a share given the stock was at 1-90c & about to plummet to $1.25c What an extraodinary situation to have the confidence to short into .DYOR... Ano-moly
