I'll give credit where it is due. This is a good announcement for shareholders. Management appear to be looking to add real value to the share price.

In regards to the comment vanadium is now at $10 we should see some action, I suggest you look at a chart of the price of vanadium. Although $10 is a good price still, the price of vanadium has been dropping over past couple of years after hitting a high of $26 per pound.

Like I said $10 per pound is still a good price however the high-highs brought on by the chinese requirement it be in steel has past. It does seem to be dropping back with more exploration.
