I've just been having a look around the Yilgarn and OPR websites.
Does anyone know exactly how far each party has progressed their engineering studies and other input required for the tender?
My impression is that MMX was ahead and this was reinforced by Yilgarn's recent comment that "the timeframe for submitting the proposal is short".
But if anyone can provide more concrete info on each party's progress it would be useful?
