i'm certainly no expert but I read it that they disagree with the USPTO on the 'art', which I take to mean the way the IP has been created.

the ann also makes note that this is just one of many patents that BLT hold which makes me think this is not good news (ie: mention all the other IP patents so people won't panic thinking that the companie's fortunes reply on one piece of IP).

I hold a small parcel of BLT (and will for a long time yet) purely for the potential upside and beleive the technology could be the equivalent of penecilin of our generation. having said that, it's only a small parcel as I don't pretend to understand the bio-tech market.
