Just to spell it out clearly for everyone -- we *need* this JV with Sentry to go through... otherwise we most certainly will be up the proverbial shit creek. But then again, I don't think management, with its hundreds of years of combined experience, would have made this move if it didn't think that there was a negligible chance of failure.
Conversely, I don't think Sentry would've entered into this conditional agreement either if it didn't think there was an almost 100% chance that they would go through with the deal -- think about it from Sentry's perspective, their SP and reputation are at stake if the deal doesn't go through.
Just some food for thought, in other words, my 2c on this issue.
