    If there to be reimbersed once the JV is signed....i would be seemingly "paying" the admin staff a "big payrise"...BUT in actuallity paying them the same salary and squirriling the excess into a secret fund....good way to get sentry to fork out $450k for the quarter,when in actuality its still approx $270k??...pick up an extra $180-200k?.....my sinister conspiracy theory brain at work again.....
