GSF Corporation Limited (ASX:GSF) is pleased to confirm that Starvale Pty Ltd, which has a mandate with the Company to assist in evaluating and securing an advanced
resources project, have advised the Company that they are presently undertaking due diligence of a replacement project, under the terms of its mandate with the
Company. The Company fully expects to be in a position to advise shareholders of another valuable opportunity in the near term.

The Company will continue with its existing business and will continue seeking to expand this business whilst continuing to provide funds for further acquisition and
development of other investments as identified by the Company.
