I had done a little bit of research on avitar and found they are in a much worse situation to us,in fact a major payment to SBN would have possibly put them into bankruptcy.

And get this, their announcements were indicating to their shareholders that they had nearly won the case and should recieve a pay out shortly from sbn. Meanwhile back in australia sbn were telling us it had been settled in our favour.


Marvellous how company announcements around the world can be very close to a lie.
