Centro- I am pretty sure it means they will pay 3% extra on top of the going rate. Which is 2% ish more than they currently are paying.
I make the additional cost to AFG if debt stays the same for a year of around $20m. Unfortunate but not a company killer in my veiw.
Some please correct me if I am wrong.
