    Would not be suprised to see WPL bid for MEO great synergies in world class strategic acerage.
    WPL may have said to Xtract capital sell 5 million shares so we can get a good foothold in the company then we will pay you and other shareholders $4 per share in a takeover for the company.
    Just thinking aloud !
