I have studied the annual meeting documents and in my opinion they are extremely fair to existing shareholders and option holders. They provide well deserved benefits to directors and existing staff responsible for the increase in value since 2005.

Option holders will exercise to gain the benefits and this will provide more capital for the company to develop its existing assets and provide opportunities in a cash strapped credit environment- I will be exercising and voting yea and well done.
