Allco Finance Group (Allco) advises that the discussions with its senior banks continue in a positive
manner, with a further extension for both the $250 million bridge facility and the review period
consequent on the Review Event agreed until 31 July 2008. This extension comes as Allco
continues to demonstrate its ability to achieve good outcomes in its asset realisation program, as
outlined in Allco’s business restructure program, and meet its debt repayment schedule that targets
lowering its senior debt to $400 million by September 2009.
