Yep, points taken, though, I think more people are watching this than you think ... it's come up in a few conversations, and it wasn't me that brought it up.
I think it'll be a concrete partnership agreement that'll make this move.
As soon as some sniff of a commitment to the CAPEX is locked in this will soar. And that's what they seem to be working on.
