Dr Caspari is both well connected to the US investment community and will be a market liked spokesperson for LCT. Dr Tan is a most well renouned scientist and has added significantly to the company over the years but Caspari provides a more market oriented CEO that (hopefully) the US investors will support. Which should translate to higher share price. Fingers crossed.
