Yeap, that's roughly right, but it will cost to get it out of the ground, like very mine.
I have been saying this for months that there is over $20 billion of vanadium in the ground. Going by other vanadium companies, they value vanadium at US$15 per pound.
You forgot the Fe and Ti component.
