It does refer to a 50 million share placement on page two of the report as approved at the extraordinary meeting on the 26 May however it doesn't state the placement price, most would assume the placement will occur at 20 cents which I personally believe is attractive in these market conditions.The question on most shareholders mind is which broking house will be facilitating the placement.
