Is this a joke ? They are requesting a trading halt for informing the financial community, that they have "mandated a North American institution to complete detailed due diligence with a view to making an offer close by mid September" ?

How many trading halts will they further request during the due diligence-process ? The announcement from my point of view does not have any significance since absolutely nothing has changed. The sp will go to the south and from my point of view that's the correct answer for this misinformation (by the way: I am long MOL).
