It could be that PT is just getting things up to date. He is acknowledging that he lost 23 million shares in the Opes Crime debacle and has now bought some more shares on market. It would be interesting to know whether the bun fight with ANZ has settled. If Phil gets some dough (or shares) back from ANZ then I'm sure his holding will jump back up a lot higher. And being an all time cynic I bet after such a settlement we suddenly start to get a few positive announcements and see the SP move up.
