Thats right... these shares 19.6m, my understanding were held by OPES, a margin loan or similar. PT has been treated like every other OPES client with respect to these, and are waiting on an outcome - rumors are red hot at the moment.

These shares 23m odd, (recent announcement) were held by Panopus of which PT is a director. Totally different circumstance regarding these shares, he owned them outright, as an unsecured creditor.

I believe the matter is before the Victorian Supreme Court, and you would hope the legal argument is little more complex than the description I have provided. A counter claim with respect to damages if he succeeds would be HUGE.
