Surely you recall ANZ selling around 220m ADY on market months ago, of course he lost them back then, why should he concede, unless the ASX insisted he should do so.
"Potogold" over on T$ has suggested the ASX directors interest change could be to ensure an accurate annual report.
There are a few court matters - defendant being ANZ, running parrallel to each other regarding OPES.
Crunch time is coming, ANZ cannot keep adjourning...
