I'm usually critical of any managemet when I feel they truly screw up but I don't think Fermi Management could control or predict Global market conditions at the moment.
More importantly, they were simply informing the market of a presentation that was done to investors overnight in the U.S. There were no big surprises or new announcements in the presentation, it was more of an FYI.
