I find it interesting that the Thai govt have a stated goal to increase domestic production x amount of barrels in x amount of years, and yet place prohibitive taxes on companies that can actually help them achieve their objective. I think if CVN are seen to be choking back production significantly, they have a good case to renegotiate their tax rates. Depends on how serious the Thai govt is to increase domestic production.
