excellent posts guys....I have heard of this rule of thumb before and vms are right to now raise funds...this market might stay like this for awhile and if we move into recession things will become harder. Our share register can cope with a few more shares and hopefully we may also get an opportunity to participate. Vms would have done the groundwork already so its all good. Management are very active in protecting our interests and pushing this project into production. They have the same aim as us in maximising vms potential because it means money in there pocket too.
Like with anything you get paid depending on your skill, education and experience. Being a director or company ceo is not something any person off the street can perform. The old motto you get what you pay for applies. We dont want a board that announce a bt of magnetite with only rock chip samples as a basis
