INL has said that the iran project is still along way off.
In the annual report there was very little on it.
Iran Project
Intec signed a Memorandum of Understanding in June 2008 with a major established Iranian mining and minerals processing company to jointly investigate the potential
to utilise the Intec Copper Process to extract and recover metals from a substantial resource in Iran. Intec expects to conduct a range of testwork on samples in the second half of 2008.

Nothing been mentioned about this testwork and if it was the current deal i'm sure they would have had this done long before now!

A finalised agreement should pave the way for a significant upgrade to the Intec Metals Recycling Project.
Taking multiple mineral concentrate and industrial waste feedstocks, the upgraded Project is now expected to produce highpurity copper and lead metal products
via electro-winning, as well as high-grade zinc sulphide and important silver, and indium byproduct credits.
