    Because the new Option Strike price is low – 1.25c – it would be much worse for shareholder in the event that these are exercised. The lower the exercise price, the greater the dilution, because the company receives far less money upon conversion.

    As many have said here, these guys are very clever in legal execution, but IMO they don’t know when or where to stop and that will probably be their personal downfall. Greed is a curious thing.
