I thought MH exercised his 30C options in July 08.

There was no need to back then which I thought was very strange at the time. Makes more sense to do it know with the share price so low.

They can get these share out into some other entities name.
I guess

Directors options get taxed diferently on how they elect in their return when options are granted.
